Thank you SO MUCH for a safe, smooth and pleasant journey for Max and I yesterday.  I was really nervous as I had never travelled him before, and he is a big baby, but you were so calm, knowledgeable and efficient I need not have worried.  Your driving was second to none, and I am sure Max hardly knew he was on the road.  Your insights into the merits of backward or sideways travelling were fascinating and useful, and I am very tempted to replace my trailer with one that does this.  Your lorry was immaculate too.  All in all the experience for both horse and owner could not have been better.  I will have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone who needs a horse transported.
